Achy joints can reduce your mobility and affect your overall physical health. Reduced mobility or restricted movements, coupled with pain, can reduce your ability to lead a happy and healthy life. It can also interfere with your daily life and prevent you from functioning effectively and efficiently. The great news is you don't have to depend on pharmaceuticals to deal with this problem. There is an all-natural Ayurvedic remedy you can use.

Did you know that ghee could help relieve joint pains? Ghee is a superfood rich in a variety of nutrients and minerals. It also offers several healing benefits and is commonly used in Ayurveda. The medicinal properties of ghee reduce the inflammation, which triggers joint pains.

Ghee for Joint Pains

If you want to make the most of ghee's healing benefits, there are two options available to relieve joint pains. You can either add it to your diet or use it for massages. If you want to make the most of its healing properties, combine both these options. Adding ghee to your diet naturally enhances your overall physical stamina and improves bone strength and health. It contains various fat-soluble vitamins responsible for maintaining bone strength, density, and health. Therefore, adding ghee to the diet reduces the chances of bone weakness. It also improves your body's natural immunity against various disorders by strengthening body tissues.

Ghee Massage

To alleviate joint pains, massaging the achy areas gently with ghee helps. Use lukewarm ghee combined with turmeric powder to massage the joint areas gently. You can also use a hot compress for quick pain relief and promote muscle relaxation. Are you wondering how using ghee externally offers muscle relaxation? Well, whenever you massage any achy areas, it reduces inflammation. Once the inflammation reduces, the pain you experience also decreases. Ghee is rich in conjugated Linolenic Acid (CLA), which helps reduce any unusual inflammation. CLA also helps regulate your metabolism and alleviate the physical symptoms of inflammation. Fatty acids known as Butyrate are present in ghee, which has anti-inflammatory properties. Butyrate reduces swelling and is associated with a quintessential immune system response used to tackle inflammation.

Massage the painful areas with ghee twice a day. Ghee massage increases the efficiency of your sensory organs and moisturizes the skin. Apart from healing joint pains, it leaves your skin looking healthy, fresh, and soft to touch. It's cool and calming nature makes it ideal for massages.

Add Ghee to your Diet

Ghee is rich in several helpful nutrients such as vitamins A, D, K2, and E. If you want to improve your bone health, vitamin A and D are quintessential. Therefore, consuming ghee can improve bone health and density. This, combined with an active lifestyle and a well-balanced diet, will improve your overall physical well-being. Vitamin K2 is used by the body to increase its absorption of calcium. Since calcium increases bone strength, ghee can strengthen your bones.

A common cause of inflammation that causes joint aches is an internal build-up of toxins. As mentioned earlier, ghee is rich in CLA and Butyrate, eliminating toxin build-up from the body and maintaining your gut health. When your internal system is free of toxins, its self-healing mechanism increases. It also helps strengthen your immune system making it strong enough to tackle inflammation. Apart from this, ghee is rich in helpful compounds such as stearic acid, palmitoleic acids, caprylic acid, and lauric acid. These compounds strengthen the immune system and the bones.

Ghee increases joint flexibility due to its overall hydrating effect. Joint pain can also be caused due to the stiffness of joints. A well-balanced diet rich in ghee increases the natural flexibility of your joints. By increasing the flexibility of joints and tissues, ghee supports the friction-free movement. Another common reason for joint pain is osteoporosis. If you want to reduce your risk of developing this painful condition associated with aging, add ghee to your diet.

These remedies are effective, but you need to patient to see a positive change in your overall physical well-being. Don't expect any miraculous changes overnight, and stick to these pain management options. Regularly use ghee to massage your aching joints and replace cooking oil with ghee.

Start using ghee to relieve joint pains today. Whether it is external or internal use, always opt for high-quality ghee. Doing this ensures you can reap all the healing properties it offers. So, don't forget to try Velamore's authentic and delicious ghee!
